STEP 1: Attend Information Session

All candidates are required to attend one information session. All sessions will last approximately one hour. We will walk you through the application process, position requirements, and give you a chance to talk directly to current staff members.  The more you know about the positions, the better you are likely to do during the application process and the January/February interview days.

Complete a separate application for each position you are interested in.  Please be accurate in all of your information. The online applications will be available from November 3rd, 2017 through November 22nd, 2017.

B. Position Reference Forms:

All qualified candidates will need to have two references submitted for the student staff positions. Your application will not be considered complete without these references.  If you apply for more than one position, we request you do not submit additional reference forms.  Reference forms must be submitted electronically through the link below by your reference by 4:30pm on November 22nd, 2017.


C. Resume:

Candidates are required to submit a copy of their resume. Your resume must include your name, address, educational history, work history, co-curricular involvement, and any other special skills you would like us to know about. Your resume should be uploaded as a document to your application when requested (.doc or .pdf formats only).

All application materials including application, reference forms, and resume are due on November 22nd, 2017 at 4:30pm.


STEP 3: Interview Day

January 24th & 27th, 2018

All application files will be reviewed and candidates will be contacted about their application status by January 12th, 2018. Interviews will take place during the day on either January 24th or January 27th. The candidates will be assigned a group interview and individual interview.   Interviews will take place between 8am and 5:30pm on either date.

In the event of a *SNOW DAY* or closure of the college on a scheduled interview day, all candidates should be prepared to shift the interview days one to week to January 31st and February 3rd respectively.


We anticipate notifying all remaining candidates of their status during the third week of February.
